Objective

Develop a sales incentive program for the TEMPUR-PEDIC Retail Sales Associate (RSA) to sell TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses and other TEMPUR-PEDIC products

Execution

R solutions developed and executed a 30 day Holiday sales incentive program through which the RSA could earn a Marriott® Rewards Three Night Get-a-Way certificate with every sale of ten TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses. R solutions also recommended a sweepstakes overlay to further motivate the RSA to promote and sell TEMPUR-PEDIC products. The program performed 300% over company expectations with 480 RSA’s qualifying for the incentive package.

The program also resulted in over 5000 mattresses being sold, a 370% gain over forecasted results.

R solutions managed all aspects of this program including program design, development, sales tracking, prize fulfillment and sweepstakes management.
