To educate the consumer and sales associate at Lowe’s, R solutions produced a “How-to” tear pad and in-bay flip book, making aisle navigation a snap for the consumer. Because of the simplified product selection process, sales within the 4-foot POG increased top line by 13% on a comp store basis and overall sales increased by 9%.

The addition of an off-shelf promotional side stack display increased irrigation cement inventory by 8% but turned the inventory within two weeks. This led to a 30% sales increase.
