Objective

Attract new parking customers and encourage continued loyalty to Park Air Express Airport Valet Parking

Execution

Each time parkers visited the Park Air Express® Airport Valet parking lot at Kansas City International Airport, they received a scratch-off game card for a chance at winning great prizes, including a Carnival Cruise® for two and a year’s worth of free parking! Parkers receiving the scratch-off card were driven to a promotional website to check their game code; every card was a winner of a prize. The promotion created excitement and highlighted the services and amenities of Park Air Express® as well as attracted many new customers.
