Dirt Devil® Broom Vac® Display for Costco

Objective

Work within Costco’s merchandising guidelines to create an engaging and persuasive store display to introduce the NEW Broom Vac from Dirt Devil.

Execution

R solutions developed a fully functional in-store display, which conveyed the features and benefits of the NEW Broom Vac product. The display was developed, produced and fulfilled within the budget parameters established by Royal Appliance. Response from the retailer and consumers was extremely favorable.

The addition of an off-shelf promotional side stack display increased irrigation cement inventory by 8% but turned the inventory within two weeks. This led to a 30% sales increase.

Combining tactics of consumer education and promotional displays create vast opportunities for increased inventory turns and sales.
